This was my first experience of yoga and being very inflexible with the addition of hip and disc issues I wasn't too sure how I would find it. However; Samantha is incredibly knowledgeable and made sure that each pose was suitable for the range of abilities in our group. She explained what each pose was doing and how that could be transferred to improve our riding skills. Samantha has a lovely demeanour and explains things in an easy to understand yet motivational way. I would highly recommend any of her classes and fully intend on signing up for another 6 weeks.
Just finished the 4 week equiyoga course and have already signed up for the 6 week course starting March 8th. Sam is an amazing teacher and i have already seen massive differences. All my old injuries (and there's quite a few ) that have left me with aches, pains and stiffness have improved so much that I'm already alot more mobile in the saddle. I can't wait to see the difference's prolonged yoga can make to my riding Thanks for putting this course on Sam. Namaste
Bev, Equiyoga course
Just wanted to say how much I have enjoyed the 4 week introduction course for Equiyoga. I hadn’t really contemplated the enjoyment joining a ‘zoom’ yoga class could bring, but it really has been both beneficial and fun for the mind, body and soul I personally follow Natural Horsemanship where we work on calmness and understanding and for riding an independent seat with no tensions - exactly what Equiyoga has mirrored for me. Thank you Sam and I so look forward to the sessions over the next 6 weeks

I have been going to the Thursday evening group for a few weeks now. The group is very friendly and Sam is fantastic. You are always welcomed and I certainly feel far more comfortable and confident to attend on my own. I find the class a good pace and never feel pushed or rushed. Loving yoga, loving this group. I can’t recommend unity yoga enough! I attended the pregnancy yoga course and throughly enjoyed it! Sam is an amazing teacher and made me feel welcomed and at ease! She is very knowledgable and able to help with stretches/ moves targeted to certain problems/ areas. The classes really helped me to relax through my pregnancy, also a great way to meet other mums! Thanks Sam
