Current Classes
Yoga for all
During classes we will be looking at posture, breathing and how to become more aware of our bodies and minds.
We will be looking at gaining strength, flexibility, mobility and how to become more in tune with our bodies needs.
Classes will be following a theme each week, in line with the turning wheel of the year.
We will move through a variety of postures using the breath to relax the mind and focus the body.
By focusing on our body and its movement, this allows all of the background "mind chatter" to fall away leaving a feeling of calm.
The class will end with a lovely relaxation, setting you up for a good nights sleep.
Classes are taught with humour and Love.
